Since starting at CA in August 2019 I have worked closely with Ian and his Findmea team to supply casual/temp labour in the warehouse and distribution team.

My team has been on a culture shift journey, resulting in approximately a 50% attrition rate of existing staff to where we sit today. During that time we have utilised Ian and Findmea’s services and they have supplied quality staff to join my team, highlighted by a number of whom have been placed on permanent, with only 1 not passing his probation period, the standout is Nathan Mackie, who has recently been promoted to a leadership role in the team.

In turn, there have also been some people who have not fit the mould, when contacted regarding issues, Ian has been extremely supportive,
Moved them on swiftly and worked with us to find a more suitable fit.

I personally find Ian very good to work with, I call he answers or rings me straight back, he communicates well and knows what we are looking for and puts forward candidates that are appropriate.

Overall I am extremely happy with the service I get from Ian and Findmea when sourcing temp labour and the quality of candidates he puts forward.

My overall experience with  Michael from Findmea was positive from start to finish. He has always been very responsive and is very understanding and easy to talk to.

He got me a job in the tough time during lockdown. I will highly recommend Findmea and Michael to anyone who is looking for a great opportunity.

In November 2019, after 34 years’ service, my position was made redundant and I was at a loss what to do next.
